Social Justice Football League

I think I've pretty much lost my enthusiasm for the NFL.

Multiple Philadelphia Eagles Players Protest National Anthem During Monday Night Football Game
The Philadelphia Eagles have joined in on growing protests nationwide in which NFL players refuse to stand during the national anthem before the start of football games during the 2016 season.

During a Monday Night Football game against the Chicago Bears at Soldier Field, multiple Eagles players stood with one fist raised in the air during the anthem. An American flag was held on the field by a local police and two fans in the stands held a sign reading, "Stand up."

Eagles safety Malcolm Jenkins said after practice Saturday that he believes there will "definitely" be Philadelphia players who will show their feelings about social injustice prior to kickoff, following San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick and other players around the league's lead, ESPN reported. Jenkins was among the players who raised their firsts.

"Last week, we talked about doing some stuff, but we wanted to make sure that we didn't do anything to take away from the families that suffered from 9/11," Jenkins said. "We didn't want to mess with that day, so we left last week alone. But moving forward, I'm sure there will be guys that will probably join in."~
I've watched professional football for a lot of years, decades actually and until this year I've always looked forward to each season.
I can't say I'm really "boycotting" per se, I just don't feel the urge to watch a display of social justice before a game. Since Bob Costas' gun rant on Sunday night football the SJW's assume that they'll have a captive audience to spew whatever drivel they like apparently with the blessings of the league.
I really just don't want to hear it or be subjected to it.
It's not why I watch football, the reason is to escape the droning propaganda of the leftist tools that want to force their ideology on me.
I'm not going to do it anymore.

Social Media, How far is to far?

Here's something to think about when sharing pictures of your little darlings on social media.

Girl Sues Parents over Embarrassing Facebook Photos
An 18-year-old girl from Austria has started legal proceedings against her own parents over their posting of embarrassing photos of her childhood on Facebook which she claims have made her life miserable.
The girl’s lawyer, Michael Rami, claims the girl’s parents have posted over 500 photos of her since 2009 without her consent, including photos of her having her nappy changed as an infant as well as her in toilet training.

Furthermore, her parents have refused to delete the images, which were shared with over 700 Facebook friends, with her father claiming they are his intellectual property.~
Grandparents need to pause before posting that cute little picture also. In an age where peoples history can be retrieved  with the click of a mouse, what might be considered cute and sharable could become embarrassing and turn those kids against you years from now.

Something to think about.

Our Possible Commander in Chief

This is what we could be projecting to the world next year.

We can choose this, or someone who says mean things.
Your call.

How far in the tank is the liberal media?

For Hillary Clinton, enough the spin the hell out polls.

MSNBC Makes a Little 'Adjustment' to the Results After CNN Poll Shows Trump Beating Clinton
Todd flipped the script and attributed Trump's rise to "noise," "chaos" and an "electorate that we've never seen before."

Todd attempted to, as he called it, "unskew" the numbers by explaining that whites without a college degree made up about half the CNN poll sample, while the 2012 polls reflected a little more than a third of the samples including people without a college degree.

Todd switched the CNN poll to reflect the 2012 demographic and voila! Mrs. Clinton won. He touted his result.~
You gotta wonder how long voters are gonna put up with this shit.

Media Bias on Display

I've thought for decades and have seen it verified over and over again that the media is basically just a propaganda arm for leftist democrats.
Not just in the big things but in the smaller things also.
Here's something to think about.

Guess what was so controversial that CNN had to blur it out?
Speaking as someone who watches cable news in general and CNN in particular seven days a week, I’ve seen them air some significantly off-putting video at times. It usually comes with a warning for small children to leave the room, but we’ve seen videos of people being shot, horrific automobile or train wrecks and the carnage left behind after terror attacks. Rarely does CNN engage in censorship to the extent of applying a “blur” to images unless there’s some nudity or a close up of an actual dead body. But this week their sister network, Headline News, finally found an image too objectionable to air. It was a gentleman (identified as a hero) from New Jersey who had saved a toddler from a sweltering hot vehicle. So what required the blur? He was wearing a Trump 2016 shirt. (Daily Wire)~
Now there's an argument to be made that the guy wore that shirt to specifically insert his politics into an interview that wasn't about politics and HLN blurred it out so it wouldn't distract from story about saving the infant.
But that's pretty weak sauce considering that if it was a ready for Hillary shirt I doubt if they would have had the same considerations.
After all, think about the history of the rabid leftwing lapdog media. If you think they would have treated a Hillary shirt the same then congratulations, your brain has been successfully washed.
