Bids for Trumps wall pouring in

And why not, there's a lot of money at stake, real businessmen would be fools to turn down an opportunity to help build the wall even at the risk of democrats and the lickspittle media not liking them.

What Trump's wall will look like
U.S. Customs and Border Patrol officially opened its request for proposals to design and build President Trump's border wall on Friday, per WSJ.

Here's what they want it to look like:
      • About 30 feet high (minimum is 18 feet) and made of concrete or "alternative material"
      • Stretching all the way from San Diego to Brownsville
      • Including anti-climbing fixtures, and sturdy enough to withstand chisels and torches
      • Running at least 6 feet below ground to prevent tunneling
      • A "see-through" component would be ideal, and it should incorporate "sliding gates" to allow cars and pedestrians to pass through.
      • The U.S.-facing side of the wall should be "aesthetically pleasing", so it is consistent with the surrounding environment.~snip~

      Blocking Trump

I'm sure this isn't the last we'll see of this kind of stuff.

Judge in Hawaii puts Trump’s travel ban on hold
(AP) — A federal judge in Hawaii has put President Donald Trump’s revised travel ban on hold.
U.S. District Judge Derrick Watson issued his ruling Wednesday after hearing arguments on Hawaii’s request for a temporary restraining order involving the ban.

His ruling prevents the executive order from going into effect Thursday.

More than half a dozen states are trying to stop the ban, and federal courts in Maryland, Washington state and Hawaii heard arguments Wednesday about whether it should be put into practice.

Hawaii argued that the ban discriminates on the basis of nationality and would prevent Hawaii residents from receiving visits from relatives in the six mostly Muslim countries covered by the ban.

The state also says the ban would harm its tourism industry and the ability to recruit foreign students and workers.
I can't say this was a surprise. I mean democrats/leftists and #NeverTrumper's have made it well known that they will do everything in their power to obstruct anything coming out of Trump's White House.
      Even judge shopping.
It will take years to dig out the worms that Obama left burrowing their way into the judiciary.

      Trump dress hate backfires

You know it's getting to the point that just about anything current you watch on tv or read in the press contains a daily dose of Trump outrage.

      It's getting old pretty quick.

Also not nearly as many people give a rats ass bout the opinions of democrats or leftists in general.

But you gotta give a hand to Joy Villa, I mean how better to get your name out there than being not only a Trump supporter but rocking a "make America Great again" dress at the Grammy awards.
The spastic reaction of the unhinged leftists insured her name would get out there and give people who may have never heard of her a chance to listen to and buy her music.

Joy Villa's music sales skyrocket after singer dons pro-Trump dress to Grammys
Joy Villa's music sales skyrocketed after the singer wore a pro-Trump dress at Sunday night's 59th annual Grammy Awards. When she arrived at the Grammys, Villa flung off a white frock to reveal a gown of patriotic red, white and blue that urged "Make America Great Again" and had "Trump" in sparkly letters on the back hem.

The 25-year-old's EP "I Make the Static" jumped to the top of Amazon's top digital paid albums and reached number seven on the iTunes top album chart after her red carpet appearance.

"I am 100 percent a Trump supporter. I believe in his message, I believe he will run this country like he runs his life, successfully," Villa told Fox News. "I stand as a proud American and I stand for a unified America that is tolerant of each other no matter who we voted for. I stand behind our President because that's the American thing to do. I believe in love, above all."

The singer also explained her controversial look on Instagram.

"Go big, or go home. You can either stand for what you believe or fall for what you don't. Above all make a choice for tolerance and love. Agree to disagree," she wrote after her red carpet appearance.~snip~
You'd think after all the times they've arrogantly told us who or what we have to like culminating in the overwhelming rejection of their baggage ridden candidate they'd re-evaluate their knee jerk reactions.

      That's not to likely though.

Trump to step up immigration security

One of the major platforms that Trump ran on was immigration and it seems like he fully intends to uphold his promises.
Whether you agree or not you gotta be impressed by that....a politician who actually tries to do what he's promised to do.

Trump says additional immigration security steps will come ‘rapidly’
President Trump said Friday he had “no doubt” that he would ultimately win the federal court case over his stalled executive order that would temporarily ban all refugees as well as immigrants from seven Muslim-majority countries.

Asked how he planned to fight an appellate court decision that kept in place a Seattle judge’s restraining order blocking the ban, the president offered a confident vision but was vague on details.

“We are going to keep our country safe. We are going to do whatever is necessary to keep our country safe. We had a [court] decision [and] we think [we] will be very successful with and shouldn’t have taken this much time because safety is a primary reason,” Trump said.

“We’ll be doing something very rapidly having to do with additional security for our country. You’ll be seeing that sometime next week. In addition, we will continue to go through the court process, and I have no doubt we’ll win that particular case.”

Trump also alluded to unspecified threats he had learned about in the three weeks of his presidency — and vowed to prevent any attacks on the US.~snip~
Both parties could learn from this, but they won't. It would be prudent to see who obstructs this administrations platform, the one that got him elected, and then vote accordingly.

Just a reminder of why Trump won

This is something that has been getting posted all over the conservative internet today but if you want to check out the video click the picture.
This is what we've come to, liberals berating and insulting others without provocation and then smugly believing they are on the side of the angels for doing so.
Leftists are pretty much assuring Trump gets another four years.....I hope they keep it up.

      Trump Sworn In

Obama is in the past, a regret who's sad legacy will fade.
One of the things that leftists don't really understand is that, for a large segment of the country, we don't really care who the president is as long as they are not associated with the democrat party.
Having an "America First" president is just a bonus.
We got an inauguration speech that laid out the failures of the leftist regime that was duly excised from the capital and laid out how they will be reversed.

Hopefully this is just the beginning.

      Not Exactly an Eviction...

More along the lines of finding a place to accommodate more press, but why let truth get in the way of a "fake news" story?

President-elect Trump may kick the press out of the White House briefing room and into a different space nearby when he takes office, according to a report published Saturday.
Esquire reported that according to three transition officials, the Trump team is kicking around the idea of putting the press in the White House Conference Center or a place in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building, located next door to the White House.
Sean Spicer, the incoming White House press secretary, told the magazine "there has been no decision" but the Trump team is trying to figure out how to accommodate more press.~snip~
I'm trying to figure out why we need a dinosaur era White House press corps anyway.
It's not like the old days where reporters where the gate keepers of anything coming from the president or his aides. Trumps pretty much embraced social media and there is a real time opportunity for the regular guy to respond and share what he says.
I got a feeling the antiquated press is going to slowly fade away anyway.

Trumps response to John Lewis is Perfect

This is pretty much a perfect example of why this country is starting to move in another direction.
Trump calls out John Lewis on his neglect of his constituents,Liberal policies focus to much on other concerns than allowing people's lives to be affected by the sewers they live in because of leftist policies.

Trump rips John Lewis: Worry about your ‘crime infested’ district
President-elect Donald Trump on Saturday morning returned fire on a top Democrat who said he was not a “legitimate president.”

A day after Rep. John Lewis (D-Ga.) said Trump was not legitimate, the president-elect told him to worry about his own district instead.

“Congressman John Lewis should spend more time on fixing and helping his district, which is in horrible shape and falling apart (not to mention crime infested) rather than falsely complaining about the election results. All talk, talk, talk - no action or results. Sad!” Trump wrote in a series of tweets.~snip~
I would think that Lewis and some of his compatriots need to think hard about the legitimacy of their own positions and how derelict they have been in their duties to their own district before questioning the legitimacy of others.

Hillary Dodges Softballs but Trump is a Racist

On the one hand the Clinton's have always been able to manipulate the media......and shame on the media for letting them do it.

I think it would be really enlightening if the press went after Hillary the way they do Trump but then again it would really be something if pigs could fly.
