How not to answer direct questions

I really enjoy watching Tucker Carlson interviewing people from the left and/or democrats.
Most just plow on with memorized talking points and either refuse or don't know answers to direct questions.
So they try and deflect. Only the most obtuse thinker wouldn't notice.
Here's the latest and as usual a democrat is unable to provide any clear answers.
